1s Line Support and Service Desk - Provide single point of contact’ for registering issues and incidents; high-level fault-finding and diagnostics; advice and information on other support contracts,

2nd & 3rd  Line support - Provide subject matter expertise; technical /low level fault-finding and diagnostics; problem analysis

Remote Dial-in Support - utilising LogMeIn remote support service.  This allows Pygmalion personnel to remotely access the user’s laptop/PC to perform maintenance and support tasks. It requires that the user has internet access.

On-site Call-out support - Pygmalion will attempt to resolve all Support Incidents remotely by telephone assisted by, if available, Remote Dial-in Support.  If this does not resolve the incident, then the client will be given the option to initiate On-site Call-out Support.

Complete ITC (IT & Communications) Support Packages
Complete support packages for a scoped system that can include IT infrastructure, communications, and application software.   Providing a ‘single point of contact’ Service Desk with 1st/2nd/3rd Line support, and fault-finding and diagnostics on a holistic level.
